I actually reached around these errors last night and came across this article related to this error
How To Fix SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED – 0x0000007E ?
thus, the article says I got corrupted boot volume, and it was not what I found at the end
This is what I use the command in cmd.
cmd window opened by my usb stick, the big thing that I also have learned the way :)
    Command 1 # - Diskpart

    Command 2 # - List volume

    Command 3 # - Exit

    Command 4 # - D: (You're Windows Drive Letter)

    Command 5 # - bootrec / fixmbr

    Command 6 # - bootrec / fixboot

    Command 7 # - chkdsk / f (Try chkdsk / f / r If "chkdsk / f" command Wont Works)

    Command 8 # - Y
After the "chkdsk" command has finished, restart my computer and my problem was solved. :)
